We appreciate your interest in participating at the JCC and appreciate your need for financial assistance. The JCC is entrusted with funds from its members and donors to assure that we do everything possible to meet the needs of our community. In order to equitably and diligently fulfill our responsibilities, we must verify some relatively basic information that will inform our decision-making before making commitments to provide such assistance. We hope you understand our need to collect information from you that will help us determine how best we can assist you.

In order to manage this process well, we are using a confidential third party entity - FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment- who will be assisting us in conducting the need analysis for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. Families applying for financial assistance will need to complete an application (available January 15, 2019) and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by March 1, 2019. Applicants can apply online by clicking here or by pasting this web address into your browser: During the online application process, you will be prompted to submit the following:

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
  • Copies of your 2018 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF
  • A $30 refundable application fee
    The $30 application fee will be refunded to you in one of the following ways:
    1. Direct refund - if application is denied or if you do not accept our offer of assistance or
    2. The award you are offered/accept will include reimbursement of the $30 fee

Do I apply for scholarships first or camp first?
You must register for camp first before applying for financial aid.

Will my deposit be refunded if the scholarship isn’t enough or I get turned down?

Do I apply for all my children going to camp in one scholarship request of separate requests?
Yes. You can apply for all your children on one scholarship request.

Can I apply for scholarship if I register my child in a specialty camp?
