Required Paperwork
In May we will notify you when our Parent Packs are available online. This packet will include everything you need to know about camp and then some! Included in the packet will be all of the necessary forms that will need to be completed prior to your child starting camp. Current health forms, the Florida State HRS-H Form 3040 and the Florida certificate of immunization 680 Part A, are available from your pediatrician and must be on file in the camp office. For the health and safety of all campers and staff, campers will not be permitted to attend camp without a completed medical examination and required paper work. All forms must be turned in no later than May 20, 2015.
Sibling Discount
Receive $25 off for every 2 weeks of camp for the 2nd sibling and more (sibling with the lesser number of weeks). Our Sibling Discount Registration will be held through June 7, 2015. To qualify for the sibling discount all fees must be paid in full by June 7, 2015.
9 Week Discount
Register for 9 weeks of camp prior to June 7, 2015 and save $115.
Membership
Membership is not required for Camp Shalom - Yeladim included. There is a special member discount provided for JCC Members.

Financial Assistance
Limited financial assistance is available. Applications for assistance are due March 13, 2015. For more information, or to receive a financial assistance application, please contact Meg N. at 561-736-7535.

Registration Fee
Any families who register for camp:
By February 28 will not pay a registration fee
Between March 1 May 15 will be charged a $50 registration fee per camper.
After May 16 will be charged a $100 registration fee per camper.
Payment Information
To reserve a space for your child, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your child’s total camp tuition. Refunds: Camp fees are not refundable after May 10, 2015. Enrollment after May 10, 2015, must be paid in full at time of registration.
